Thank you to Lions Chuck and Susan, along with the Hillcrest HOA for allowing us to cook and serve chili dogs and frito boats for their community. We had a great time meeting all who came to eat lunch!

Lions Charlie, Kim, Shelli and Terry had a great morning telling our community what Clovis Lions is all about at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District Memorial Day event. We had the machine that Lion Cassi made to hand out little 3d Lions to all who were interested, which was a big hit! We loved talking to everyone and even met fellow Lions from Seal Beach and Kingsburg.

Lion Charlie with the help from NLPOA cooked a luncheon of hot dogs and hamburgers for the CHP maximum enforcement weekend.
The officers got a chance to eat a fast lunch before going back out there and making the roads safe.

Lion Kim and her mom, Darlene were honored to attend the Clovis West AVID Senior Awards Banquet where Lion Kim was able to present 4 scholarships from the Clovis Lions Club and 1 Memorial scholarship for Lion Ron Skidmore.

We love our partnership with the CW AVID students and teachers!

Last night we celebrated 80 years as a Lions Club. Our main purpose is to serve the community and that is what we do. Pancake breakfasts, hot dog/hamburger lunches, spaghetti dinner for the seniors at the Clovis Senior Center, Holiday Food Baskets for CUSD families who could use a blessing and more. Our fundraisers raise money that goes straight back into the Clovis community, where a big part goes to providing eye exams and glasses for children in CUSD that cannot afford them.

We thank everyone who has supported our club which has allowed us to make a difference in our community.

Here’s to another 80 years!

A fun and very busy day being a vendor for the Jefferson Annual Car Show. Today we cooked and served pancakes and sausage breakfasts and then hamburger/hot dog lunches. Thank you to Parlier Lions Anna and Gloria along with Brooke from the CHP and Jacob (Charlie’s friend) who came to help us out!
