GIVE US A BRAKE. 🤪

We hate asking, but our rescue van desperately needs new brake pads. We've stretched them as long as we safely can so we can instead cover medical costs for the animals in our care, but it's now become a driving hazard.

Does anyone know a local mechanic, dealership, or auto shop that might be willing to donate parts and/or labor? Our van is a lifeline for transporting rescue animals, supplies, and getting to vet appointments.

We'd be so grateful for any recommendations, shares, or connections. Thank you for supporting our rescue and the animals who depend on us! ❤️

Any dog groomers in the Portales (or Clovis!) area willing to donate their time and talent tomorrow? 💇🐾

Brownie and Gandalf were abandoned after being thrown from a pickup truck. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan rescued them and has offered to foster them.

They are scheduled to be neutered on Thursday, and we would love to get them cleaned up before surgery since they won't be able to get wet during recovery.
