Our individual family distributions are now complete. Thank you to all the volunteers who came out to help in both Fresno and Madera.

We apologize for any confusion that resulted after the incident in Fresno yesterday, our team quickly acted to a situation that was out of our control. We emailed everyone and created social media posts about 4:15pm to notify them that we were able to continue distribution from 5pm-8pm. We did what we could with the resources we had...so very proud of our volunteer team those rose to the challenge.

*Side note: We have read messages about people getting emails late last night. We double checked the time stamp on the notification email we sent and it was 4:14pm; however, I did see lots of Microsoft notifications about inboxes being full or delivery failed...what Microsoft does, as long as the email is valid, it makes Outlook continue resending periodically until the email goes through, that is why some of you have time stamps that varied. The issue was on your email host receiving side. We did all we could to get the info out.

Our Waitlist distribution will occur Tuesday 12/23 on a first com first serve basis in both Fresno and Madera. If you are registered, please do not come any earlier than 1 hour prior to distribution start time. We need to keep the area safe for set up.

Currently, we are still short on toys. As stated on the toy request form, we cannot guarantee toys, we can only give what we get donated.

Distribution locations, dates and times have been emailed to registered families, we unfortunately cannot server waitlist agency due to shortages. Families should check your original application confirmation to make sure you go to the correct distribution location. You must go to the correct county distribution, based on the address you registered with. If you go to the wrong distribution, we will not be able to give you a toy, due to shortages. You will only receive the number of toys you were registered, due to shortages. You do not need to have your children present but YOU must be present with your ID.

Anyone who is disrespectful to our volunteers will not receive toys and will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY; remember they are just volunteers helping to hand out toys.

It's unfortunate that we have to create additional protocols to ensure that toys make it back to us. After 12 years of being a coordinator, this is the first time this has happened...it's disheartening for our team, with all the effort that's put in. 😢 We are all 100% volunteers, that only get back the joy of helping children in need.

Thank you ABC30 Action News for covering this and getting the word out, hopefully those that took toys will be found and brought to justice. It only hurts the kids.

Thank you Hedricks for bringing awareness and for all you do. I'm confident the community will come through to make sure we get enough toys for all the kids on our lists 🤞🏽 remember toys must be turned in no later than Dec 15th to ensure we have enough time to get them out!!🤞🏽

Two real-life Grinches are accused of stealing Christmas spirit from a Clovis car dealership when one of the owners says they walked away with two boxes of toys that were supposed to go to charity.

So far I have only received 55 toy requests out of the total 123 organizations that registered during the orientation.

BOXES have been delayed!!!! 🫣
They will not be at Hedricks or Tesoro Viejo until next week. Unfortunately this is outside our control and we appreciate your patience and support.

Both hub locations are our sponsors and are gracious enough to help us, we ask that you do not inundate them with calls, and questions. We'll notify everyone on the drop site list once the boxes are in.
