Hello Pintores Art League Members,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all who participated in
the Spring Fling Art Event. Our last meeting before our summer break
will take place on Thursday, May 2, 2024. During the meeting, we will
report on the Spring Fling Show and hold our annual Election of
Officers. The elected positions are the President, Vice President,
Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer. The
appointed positions are the library Exhibit Coordinator and Historian.
It is essential that we have full attendance for this meeting to ensure
its success. I am looking forward to seeing you all soon. Thank you,

Greetings, Pintores Art League Members,

This notice is to inform you of our meeting scheduled for April 4, 2024,
at 6:00 p.m. As always, it will take place at Clovis Community College,
Room 524. This will be the last meeting to finalize the April 15-18
Spring Fling Art Show. All are encouraged to attend and participate in
this important meeting to ensure a successful event.
Also, please remember that our Election of Officers will occur at our
May 2, 2024, meeting.

Hello Pintores Art League Members,

I am writing to remind you of our upcoming meeting on Thursday, March 7,
2024, at 6:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the Clovis Community
College Room 524, and our presenter for the evening will be Chelsea
Robbins. Following this month’s meeting, we have one more to finalize
the Spring Fling Art Show, scheduled for April 15-18.

Greetings, Pintores Art League Members,
I hope this message finds you well and that you had a wonderful holiday
season. I'm writing to remind you that our next PAL meeting is scheduled
for February 1, 2024, at our usual location, CCC Room 524, at 6:00 pm.
Our presenter for the evening will be Holly Vineyard. On the agenda is
the below-updated to-do list for our upcoming April spring fling event.
Please review it carefully and come prepared with suggestions or
comments for improvement. As mentioned before, getting an early start on
planning, organizing, and finalizing all required tasks is important to
ensure a successful event.
I look forward to seeing you soon. Thanks in advance for your
much-needed support.

To-Do List for APRIL SPRING FLING

• Decide on a Spring Fling Judge?
• Money Awards?
• Decide on Entry Fee?
• Make Spring Fling Brochures.
• Decide on the categories: Paintings, Drawings, Photography, 3-D, and
Miscellanies.
• Make Spring Fling Art Show posters and post them at Clovis, Portales,
Cannon AFB, and regional areas.
• Publicity: Advertise in Newspapers.
• Invite High School Art students, ENMU Art Students, Clovis and
Portales Art students, and the Community area to participate.
• Do we want to send postcards to invite guests to the Spring Fling?
• Do we want to include a mini–Art Display and donated art for PAL
fundraiser
Do we want to have a separate PAL section to show and sell paintings
from years past?
• Do we need to redo the Registration Form and Category Signs?
• Refreshments? For the awards ceremony? April 18, 2024, 6:00 pm – 7:30
pm.
• Do we want to allow the sale of Professional, experienced, and student
Art and Charge a 10% commission for Pintores Art League?

A Pintores Art League Spring Fling Sign-up sheet will be provided to the
members at every meeting.
•It consists of sign-in to receive art and account for all art.
•Helping to set up the display area,
•Helping with hanging art,
•Sitters for the required hourly shifts. •Helping with refreshments.
•After the closing ceremony, help take down panels and remove paintings.

Hello Pintores Art League Members,

Just wanted to provide and let you know that this is a basic upcoming
Spring Fling To-Do List that I will introduce at Thursday’s meeting.
Please review and bring your suggestions and comments to our meeting. I
know that you may think it is too early to consider. However, we will
only have 3 meetings to plan, prepare, and finalize all that is needed
to have a successful Spring Fling.
