The Pride of Clover is headed back to the Mountains!!

In 2025, the Pride of Clover Marching Band was named the Grand Champions of the 2025 WCU Tournament of Champions.

With this placement also comes possession of the Chancellor’s Trophy, of which we have now affectionately named “JB”.

Please enjoy some pictures of “JB” from his last year with us. He is safely stored in his travel case, and headed back home to Cullowhee!

Another Great Rehearsal for the Pride of Clover!!

We are so excited to perform this weekend at the WCU Tournament of Champions!

Tonight, the students and staff heard from one of the giants of our Clover Band Legacy, Mr. Ron Wright!

Mr. Wright was Clover High School’s Director of Bands from 1975 through 1987. During that time he lead the program to its first State Championship. He then served Clover High as Assistant Principal, Principal, and retired as Assistant Superintendent of CSD.

Throughout his various roles in administration, he’s remained an avid supporter of the Clover Band Program.

We are so grateful for his continued time and support he shows the program!

His words shared tonight to us were categorized with PRIDE and OPPORTUNITY!
