What started as an opportunity became something so much bigger: a chance to fight for women’s heart health, honor stories that matter, and bringing people together for a cause that impacts so many families.

To every person who donated, shared a post, encouraged me, or believed in this campaign, thank you. Your support helped turn passion into purpose.

Being named a Woman of Impact was an honor, but the real impact came from this community showing up in such a big way.

Miss Iowa, Team Clinton County is ready for you! 👑🤩

Orientation this past Saturday was filled with sisterhood, and anticipation for our upcoming state competition. Delegates selected their competition placements and our fabulous board shared some exciting updates!

Sarah, our Miss Clinton County, will be competing Thursday and Saturday as Delegate #7 in Group A, while Emily, Miss Clinton County’s Teen will be Delegate #9 and have a jam-packed Friday full of events, interviews, and competition!

We are so, so proud of you both and are extremely lucky to have you as our titleholders. You’ve put in the work… now time for the final stretch and show Iowa what you’ve got! 🫶🏼

👚 REMEMBER: You can order your Team MCC, Team Sarah, and Team Emily packages and merch to showcase your support! All proceeds go towards Sarah and Emily’s competition expenses.
