Now that we introduced Twice Told Tales 5, let us give you a sneak peek of some of the people and places featured. We are going to start with the biggest cheerleader Clinton (and The Item Appeal) has, Cindy Cannon. Her amazing store, Sunrise Boutique, brings so much character to town and has for over 50 years now. She and her love, Tim, and daughters, son-in-laws and grandsons exude so much loving character.

Not only is Cindy featured in the book, but her store is one of the sales locations. Stop in, say hi, buy a book and get an autograph!

Books are $20 (cash only). Due to a generous donation from Clinton Savings Bank, even more of the sales will go to help our neighbors in need in our communities.

FINALLY able to announce that Twice Told Tales 5 is now available to purchase, with all proceeds benefitting The Item Appeal.

Thank you to Clinton Savings Bank. As part of their big birthday celebration, the bank supported publication of this book. It will allow the Appeal to help even more of our Neighbors in Need.

Can't wait to get your copy? They are already at Sunrise Boutique, $20 cash. Still need volume 4? Special through Olde Home Day, $30 for both volumes.

We will be set up at Olde Home Day, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., to sell the book, covering tons of columns of wacky history from Terry Ingano, old photos, trivia and a few stories from The Item staff, too.!
