Skyline Center Inc Home Health-Day Habilitation-Supported Employment-Community Living-Industrial Services-Cotton Products

At Skyline, we work with people with disabilities, but focus on their abilities and inclusion in the Clinton area communities. Skyline's Mission Statement of "Building Community, Supporting Choices" very succinctly summarizes our purpose and drives our daily activities. We utilize various services and strategies to make independence and community integration realistic goals for the individuals that we serve. Skyline provides residential services to support people in living in their own community-based homes, employment services for those who want a meaningful job, day habilitation for those who want to socialize and learn additional skills and home health services for those with short- or long-term physical health care needs in their homes. Additionally, employment opportunities are available for many of them through our Production Facility, which is fully integrated with people with disabilities and those without a diagnosed disability. We work primarily with people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, but also serve those with brain injuries, mental health and other issues. The organization is a Medicare certified Home Health agency and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and VA Services.

​It is crucial to Skyline that we do all we can to promote independence and provide opportunities for positive life changes.

Fork Some Pork is on Wednesday, October 21, at the Clysar Pavilion in Camanche, with a public dine-in from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Businesses can also place a large order for pickup ahead of the dine-in window.

Planning a workplace order is simple:

🔹 Choose one person to coordinate
🔹 Get a rough headcount from your team
🔹 Confirm the pickup window with us once times are announced
🔹 Share with your staff where the money goes

Pickup times are still being finalized, and we'll post them as soon as they're set.

A shared meal is a great way to bring your team together while supporting the local agencies that serve our community every day.
