Bottled Water Needed

To our Anderson County family:
Our law enforcement families in upper East Tennessee have been devastated by the storms over the last week and are in need of help. Our Sheriff’s Office deputies are responding to the call because that’s what Anderson County does. You can help also by donating bottled water to be taken to the law enforcement agencies in the devastated areas. Bring your donation of water to the detention facility by 12:00 pm Sunday (9-29-24) and we will deliver it for you.

29-year-old KCSO Deputy Tucker Blakely was a father, husband and veteran who was admired at the sheriff's office for his passion for working in law enforcement. On May 13th, The SCOTT Foundation was presented a check from IGUA Local 3 in the amount of $500. It has been almost 8 years and I think Scott would be extremely proud of his coworkers to carry on his legacy to help first responders. Thank you CNS and IGUA Local 3 for choosing the Foundation!

KPD Officer Adam Willson is recovering from surgery after being wounded in yesterday’s shooting incident at Austin-East Magnet High School. Willson, a 20-year veteran of KPD, was currently serving as the School Resource Officer at Austin-East. We are grateful for the well wishes.
