This is my job. 😢 It has been my heart for nearly 16 years now. The people I serve and serve with are like a second family to me. If any of my Q friends are looking, reach out! If you have any other Q friends looking, send them my way! This is a M-F job, paid time off, insurance, major holidays off with pay, and the satisfaction of making a difference. (Also- Much less stress than a residential Q!) this position does require clean background checks, a bachelor’s degree in a human service related field, and experience in working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. QIDP certification is a HUGE plus.

Very generously, the Thrifty Kitty FB group got together to provide these “meal in a bag” meals for the people with food insecurity that Encore and Kleemann Village serve. Their generosity provided over 35 meals! Thank you so much!

The concrete pad is done and is that a lot of concrete! Now, we are ready to continue building the first firewall.
