Join the Clinton County Special Athletes Family!

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from our sponsors, families, and community. Thanks to you, the Clinton County Special Athletes program continues to grow—and now we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and make an impact!

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with our sports programs, beginning with basketball practice on Saturday, December 6, from 10:30 AM to noon at Jefferson. Practices will be held every Saturday.

Upcoming Competition Dates:
• East Area Competition – Eldridge: January 24, 2026
• State Competition – Iowa City: March 14, 2026

Requirements:
• Completed background check
• Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Receive:
• A meaningful and rewarding experience
• Compensation for each practice and competition

Unfortunately at this time we can no longer accept any new athletes due to limited coaches. If you are a current athlete Basketball practice will start on Saturday, December 6 at Jefferson Elementary. If you do skills, your practice time will be 10:30-11:15. If you play 3 on 3 or 5 on 5 your practice will be 10:30-noon.

Those who qualified for State Bowling on Saturday Nov 22. Please read this information!
🚌 Bus leaves Park Towers at 9:00am! Be there on time.

📌 Please let us know if you are riding the bus or not ‼️

💵 Be sure to bring money for lunch. Bowling alley has concession stands to purchase food.
🎳 Bowling starts at 12:00pm, with opening ceremonies at 11:45am, unless you have been otherwise spoken to.

We will still have practice on Tuesday Nov 11 at 5pm at Plaza.
