This summer members of Beta Sigma learned of the nonprofit Shoes From The Heart at Delta Theta Tau Philanthropic Sorority National Convention. We quickly began assembling the pieces to sponsor a shoe closet at Van Duyn Elementary School in Clinton.
Partnering with non profits and working to better our community one step at a time is what we are all about!

Our very own chapter treasurer Ms. Mandy VanLannen doing us proud and representing City of Clinton, Indiana at a National Level!!!

Meet Director of Expansion and Growth, Mandy VanLannen.⤵⤵⤵

🟢Mandy brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her role as Director of Expansion and Growth. A devoted mother of four, Kendal (17), Carter (15), KoraLeigh (11), and Crosby (8), Mandy’s life is deeply rooted in family, service, and community.

🟢Professionally, she serves as an Elementary School Counselor at Van Duyn Elementary School in Clinton, Indiana, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding young students.

🟢Beyond her school responsibilities, Mandy is an enthusiastic leader in community service. She sponsors the Junior Optimist Service Club and WBGL Kindness Club, volunteers at nursing homes with her therapy dog Pablo, coaches a rec league baseball team and chairs her town’s Little & Tiny Miss Pageant.

🟢Mandy’s leadership reaches the national level, where she is currently serving her fifth year as a National Officer. Her past roles include National Secretary, National Secretary of Philanthropy, Nominating Committee member and Province Chairman. She has also served in every chapter officer position, demonstrating her deep commitment to the organization’s mission.

🟢This year marks an exciting milestone in Mandy’s leadership as she celebrates the successful addition of three new chapters. With momentum and vision, she looks forward to continued expansion and empowering even more members in the coming year. Mandy exemplifies the spirit of growth, service, and leadership, driving both her community and organization toward a bright future.

We had fun at the National Night Out!

⭐👮🌭 You are invited to our annual National Night Out on Friday, August 1st from 6:00-8:00 pm at Sportland Park to meet with local law enforcement and emergency services!

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

We welcome everyone to attend this free event.
Free hotdogs, pop and other snacks will be provided.
There will be local booths including Union Hospital Clinton, Clinton Gardens, Clinton Public Library and more local businesses/affiliations. There will be inflatables for the kids to enjoy.

Beta Sigma sisters had a wonderful time at the 117th National Convention in Tucson, AZ. The Loews Resort was absolutely stunning!
This year our organization donated $805,747.99 to philanthropy and served 110,951 hours. We gave out a $10,000 scholarship, and gave over $3500 to both Lennox Gestaut Syndrome Foundation & Shoes form the Heart.
Congratulations to our newly elected National President Kris Trapp and the rest of the council and board including our very own member Mandy Allen who will continue her role as Director of Expansion and Growth.

This form is to enter into the sparkle pageant presented by Delta Theta Tau. If you pre register please check in by 2:30 at the Main Stage at Sportland Park. The pageant will begin promptly at 3pm.
