It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Lieutenant Brian Fugate #183. Lieutenant Fugate passed away on September 1 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Lieutenant Fugate graduated from the 56th Academy and served the Oklahoma Highway Patrol faithfully for 18 years. He was a Lieutenant in Troop E and served his home county of Atoka and the surrounding communities.
