We offer education and mentoring in art and craft, studios to explore and develop skills, a retail market for qualified artists, and a gallery to exhibit regional art. The Appalachian Arts Craft Center has been a valuable resource for regional artisans for over 50 years, a delightful place to shop for handmade gifts created by over 60 local juried artists, and a source of art education to the public in both traditional and non-traditional arts & craft classes/workshops. Our mission is to support arts and crafts in Appalachia through education, sales, and community involvement. The Appalachian Arts Craft Center is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP5534 awarded to the Sate of Tennessee by the U.S.

Get into the holiday spirit with a little creativity!

Join volunteers from the Appalachian Arts Pottery Department at The Winery at Seven Springs Farm on November 12 for a fun and festive fundraising workshop!

With guidance from our talented potters, you'll learn how to handbuild two clay Christmas tree luminaries of your very own!

Whether you're new to pottery or have worked with clay before, this hands-on workshop is a wonderful way to get creative, enjoy some holiday cheer, and make something special for the season.

No pottery experience necessary! Just bring your creativity, and we'll guide you through the rest!

Create something special while supporting a great cause! Proceeds from this workshop directly benefit the pottery program at Appalachian Arts, helping fund the equipment, maintenance, and essential studio supplies that keep our clay programs running.

Our annual Fall Porch Sale continues through October 24, and there are still plenty of handmade treasures waiting to be discovered!

Our Fall Maker Market & Porch Sale Kickoff is happening TOMORROW, October 10, from 10 AM–3 PM, rain or shine!
