To our community,
We are facing a difficult and unwanted change. We recently received a legal cease-and-desist letter from a national organization demanding that we stop using the "Angel Tree" name, as it is a federally registered trademark.
We did not choose this and our hands are tied. Leaving behind the name we have carried across Clinton and all of Henry County—dating back to our roots with Bright Futures—is infuriating after all these years of dedicated service.
Please know that our core mission has not changed. We remain entirely dedicated to providing holiday support and warm coats to local families in need. Every resource stays right here in our community where it belongs.
As we navigate this hurdle, we need your help to choose our new name so we can move past this roadblock and focus entirely on preparing for this season's program.
