🏆 TRAVELING TROPHY WINNERS 🏆

Our first tie!!

Ms. Sheila Tiberi’s 4th grade homeroom and Mrs. Caroline Coleman’s 6th grade homeroom had the highest attendance percentage last week!

This is Ms. Tiberi’s second time winning the trophy; her class is currently in the lead for the BIG prize at the end of the year!

How the ✨Traveling Trophy✨ works:
The homeroom with the highest attendance percentage the previous week will win the trophy for their classroom for the week. The class also earns a gold star, displayed outside their classroom door in the hall for all to see! The homeroom with the most gold stars at the end of the school year will win a BIG reward!! 🌟 Attendance deserves to be recognized and celebrated! 🌟

Today juniors came to school dressed ready to participate in Job Clinic! This program aims to help prepare students for when they begin interviewing for jobs out in the real world. Students complete resumes in their English class with Mrs. Gourley. This allows them to practice and build their confidence and they also receive constructive feedback from their interviewer after they complete their interview. We would like to thank the following businesses/individuals for coming today to conduct “mock interviews” with our students! Our community is truly the best!

Hi Parents & Guardians! Our 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th grade students have the opportunity to take the KIP survey this fall. The KIP (Kentucky Incentives for Prevention) survey is administered across KY schools every 2 years. Questions cover alcohol, to***co, and other drug use, risk perceptions, student well-being, school connectedness, and mental health indicators. Students will be bringing home a permission form to be signed this week and sent back to school. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
