The Capital Region’s premier residential construction event featuring beautiful new (and newly remodeled) homes, the latest design trends, and trusted industry professionals — all while supporting the Center for Disability Services. The Capital Region Parade of Homes is a self-guided home tour throughout Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer counties hosted by the Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association.

Homey here, and I want to thank all of the people that helped made this year's Parade a success. From the Builders to the Judges to the Staff and everyone in between, you all sure know how to throw a Parade (and make a little ol' house feel welcomed). That’s a wrap on the 2026 Capital Region Parade of Homes! 🎉

Over the past two weekends, hundreds of visitors explored five incredible homes, gathered inspiration, supported the Center for Disability Services, and celebrated the craftsmanship of our local building industry.

Thank you to our participating builders and remodelers, sponsors, volunteers, homeowners, trade partners, and everyone who purchased a ticket and attended.

Events like the Parade don’t happen without the dedication, talent, and collaboration of many people working behind the scenes. We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s Parade such a success.

At our Parade Celebration this week, we were honored to hear from the Vasquez family and learn how the Center for Disability Services has made a meaningful difference in the life of their daughter, Maya.
