Giuseppe Ribaudo aka Guicy Guice is a fabric and pattern designer known for his bold aesthetic and thoughtfully curated fabric collections. Blending foundation paper piecing with improvisational techniques, Giuseppe creates dynamic quilts with striking composition and color. He will present a trunk show exploring his creative journey and design.

𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗧 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦! 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘆

The Featured Quilter this year is Linda Cary. While Linda’s award-winning artistry and stunning quilt designs speak for themselves, she is also being celebrated for the massive impact she has made on our guild. Linda is a true champion of our guild, having served as President, Secretary, workshop instructor, raffle quilt committee member, and co-chair of the Quilters Boutique. “Being selected as the featured quilter is truly a special honor. Quilting has been part of my life for more than 35 years, bringing me not only a creative outlet, but also wonderful friendships, lasting memories, and a strong sense of community” says Linda.

• Where to buy: Grab your tickets in person at our Autumn Inspirations Quilt Show, hosted at the historic Proctors Theatre.

Show and Tell at our first meeting of the 2026-2027 guild year demonstrated all the great talent in the guild. Thanks to everyone who shared their work with the group.

Last night we had a great start to the 2026-2027 Quilt North Guild year. Karen Miller from Red Bird Quilt Co and Aurifil gave a great presentation on Aurifil thread and brought along some of her fantastic projects.

Our first meeting is this coming Monday, September 14th

✔️Karen Miller from Redbird Quilt Co. is our guest speaker ($10 guest fee)
✔️bring in your finished comfort and/or patriotic quilts…then pick up new kits to be completed
✔️bring in any finished caddies and pick up new kits to complete
✔️sign up and/or pay for upcoming workshops
✔️opportunity drawing - bring money to buy tickets for the opportunity to win great prizes!
✔️sign up for openings on various committees or find out how you can help your guild
✔️bring items you no longer want for the freebie table (please take your items home if it is not claimed)
✔️bring back any library items signed out over the summer, take a look and sign out new books etc from the library
✔️ bring your quilts and projects for show and tell after the break (we encourage members to stay and see the show, you won’t be disappointed )
✔️sign up for the Round Robin
✔️sign up for Block of the Month
✔️new members, meet up with one of our ambassadors to be shown around and ask any questions you may have
✔️last but not least, catch up with friends that you haven’t seen since June!
