You are parts of our lives and the dogs' lives, and we want to invite you into our homes to follow the dogs as they live the lives you have afforded them. Max The Man!

We can’t fathom how someone can do these things to defenseless animals. We received an email from the NYC shelter yesterday about Max, here is what it said:

“Three dogs brought in to shelter by agency last night in a sealed mailing bag. Overnight staff sent dogs to ER for monitoring after they unsealed the bag. Whirlygig appeared unconscious with shallow breathing. He woke up and panted after vigorous stimulation. Dogs were stable overnight and transferred back to shelter this morning for exam”

The two younger ones had interest but Max needed a place to go. After reading that, I couldn’t let him live his last days in the shelter so we took him.

The first picture is from the shelter, and the rest and from his first two days at home 💙

Help us give Max the Best for the Rest and donate $5 or more today. Max joins more than 60 dogs in the Project that are happy and healthy because of you all!
