For women leading in ministry, in the nonprofit space, in community, rest is often the first thing to go. The demands are great, the needs are urgent, and the expectations (spoken or not) can be crushing.

But Scripture tells us something different.
Rest is holy.
Sabbath is sacred.
Jesus withdrew often—not because the work was done, but because communion with the Father mattered more.

If you're tired, soul-tired, may you hear this today:
You are not held together by your hustle.
You are held together by grace.
Your rest proclaims a Gospel that says you are not God, and you don’t have to be.

🌿 May you carve out stillness this weekend.
🌙 May you be led beside quiet waters.
🌺 May your leadership be shaped not just by your strength, but by your willingness to slow down and be held.
