πββοΈ"What time do you open/close?"
Our dine-in and carryout service runs from 5pm-7pm each Friday during lenten season.
πββοΈ"Do you guys take cards?"
We accept both cash and card payments for walk-up carryout and dine-in service. Online orders are card only.
πββοΈ"Can I place my order before 5pm?"
You can place orders online at clevesfishfry.com starting the Monday prior for pickup starting at 5:15pm that coming Friday. Walk-up and phone orders begin at 5pm.
πββοΈ"Can I beat the rush by arriving before 5pm?"
You're welcome to hang out in our parking lot prior to 5pm, but we cannot start taking orders until 5, as our volunteers need time to prepare each week, and our system won't display the orders for prep before 5.
πββοΈ"What kind of fish do you have?"
Our full menu is online at clevesfishfry.com as well as printed copies on hand.
πββοΈ"What happens if my order is wrong?"
We will make every effort to ensure your order is correct, but we're only human, so mistakes may happen from time to time. If you receive an incorrect order, let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right. We thank you immensely for your patience and understanding.
πββοΈ"Can I request changes to my online order?"
Each menu item has a "Notes" section when you order online; if you would like to modify your order, you may leave instructions in this notes section for your specific menu item. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified online, but we are happy make adjustments when you arrive if needed.
πββοΈ"Why can't I order dessert online?"
Our dessert menu differs from week to week, so it's very difficult to list these online; if you would like to add a dessert to your order, let us know once you arrive, and we'll let you know what we have on hand that particular week if you'd like to purchase at that time.
πββοΈ"Why can't I choose a certain pickup time online?"
In order to ensure we do not overwhelm our volunteers, we limit the number of orders we can fulfill per available time slot. If the pickup time you prefer is not available, that means we already filled that time slot, and you'll need to choose the next available time.
πββοΈ"Why didn't my online order process?"
Common reasons for orders not processing include:
- Invalid payment method (or mis-typed)
- A pickup time was not available (if you get a notice saying your pickup time is not available, then your order was NOT processed and you will NOT be charged until you manually select a new time and complete your checkout.
If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, then your order probably did not process. You can always check with your financial institution to confirm if you have been charged, as well.
