Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities, Inc. Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities, Inc. has had a love affair with the great game of football. The awards are presented at our yearly golf outing in July.

is a 501(c)(3), non-profit entity dedicated to making a positive impact on youth football in Northeast Ohio through funding, education and sportsmanship. From the days of the leather football helmet to the modern era of the Super Bowl, Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities, Inc. It has witnessed many great plays, honored numerous stars and brought the joy of the game to thousands of Greater Cleveland

’s youth through equipment grants. The CTCC has been a group of ardent football fans who live and die with the Browns, but it also is a group committed to the ideals that football teaches on and off the field of play. As a 501(c)(3) charity, each year, Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities, Inc. proudly recognizes more than 40 local athletes at our annual awards banquet that is co-sponsored by the National Football Foundation. Our selection committee sorts through hundreds of applications for our college scholarship program. In addition, the CTCC volunteers each at the Browns facility for an event with the Special Olympics of the Greater Cleveland and contributes its time to a number of other charitable organizations. Our commitment to the youth of this great city is unbridled. We focus our charitable efforts through recognition and volunteerism and by providing financial support to those in need in our community. Every year, we host special charity events and partner with other great organizations to further this cause. Outside of our monthly Board Meetings and Social events, we support the aforementioned grants and scholarships through these annual events:

December-February: Leo Murphy Memorial Field & Equipment Grant (up to $10,000)
February: Special Olympics / “Play 60” event in partnership with the Cleveland Browns
March: Annual Awards Banquet in partnership with the National Football Foundation
July: CTCC-YPD Youth Football Camp at Lou Groza Field
July: Annual Gene Hickerson Memorial Golf Outing
Without the contributions from our supporters and sponsors, Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities would not be able to continue giving back to the community. With that, we would like to thank each and every one of you who has helped us with our mission of Providing Youth a Sporting Chance.

Make sure to submit your application for the 2026 Leo Murphy Memorial Field & Equipment Grant by January 31!

This program provides financial support, up to $5,000 per recipient, for non-profit youth football organizations and schools in the Greater Cleveland area and connecting counties to be used for equipment or facility upgrades.
