(Pre-service childcare begins at 6:15pm if needed - in KidZone)

Last Wednesday, 08/19/26 at 7pm, we had “Music Night” for South Cleveland Kids in KidZone!

Sis. Norma Hill led us in some amazing old hymns, accompanied by Bro. Tom Castello. Thank you both for such a great time!

It was a great night of scripture, devotion, singing and playing instruments.

Thanks to all who came and helped pull this off. We couldn’t do it without you each week! We are so blessed with amazing leaders!

Join us tomorrow night, Wednesday, 08/19/26 at 7:00pm in the KidZone room in the main sanctuary for “Music Night”led by Mrs. Norma, accompanied by Tom Castello.

First we will have scripture and a short devotion by Mrs. Jessica!

Then we will sing some of those old favorites! We hope you can make it!

Wow! This past Sunday was such a powerful day for our South Cleveland Kids, it was Power-Up Sunday, a multi-generational service. With a powerful message on the Holy Spirit brought by our very own Pastor Chris Taylor!

A note from Pastor Chris about tomorrow night:

Good afternoon Parents! Sunday is our Power Up service in the sanctuary. I would like for all the kids who can, to sing with us on the stage and floor during the choir song (Alleluia).

We are practicing during church tomorrow evening at 7 PM in Kidzone. (all kids will be in Kidzone and not the ministry center tomorrow night.)

For those that need it, we will still have pre-service childcare at 6:15pm, but it will be in Kid-Zone.

After practice we will finish out the evening with our fourth lesson in this series being taught by Mrs. Jessica:

Matthew 5:7
“I will show mercy to others.”

What a fun night for the South Cleveland Girls and Boys Clubs!

A huge shoutout to Mrs. Jessica, our BlueBelles teacher for all the awesome lessons she has been teaching in our combined classes. Tonight’s lesson was about worshipping God and not ourselves!

After lesson time tonight, we had an “End of Summer” Game night, with loads of games and yummy snacks and drinks.

Kuddos to all those that pitched in today and tonight to make it a success. Pastor Chris for your constant support of all of our crazy fun ideas!

Special thanks to Mrs. Norma, our JoyBelles teacher and to our awesome leaders, Mrs. Christy, Mrs. Jessica T., and Mr. Skylar.

Special thanks to Mrs. Rhoda and Mr. Seth for all your help before service started with set-up and then for all your help moving things inside when we thought we might get rained out.

We did end up moving things inside as a pre-caution, but the kids still had the best time!

And thank you to all our leaders and kiddos that stayed to help clean-up. We couldn’t do it without you!
