Stan Crane and Northeast Georgia SORBA is organizing a cleanup of downed trees at Unicoi State Park mountain bike trails. We have sawyers, but need some volunteers to assist in “swamping”, or helping clear debris as it is cut. The first work day is set for Thursday June 04. Meeting in Helen at 10:30am at Unicoi Hill parking lot and walking the Helen to Unicoi trail in to where it crosses the mountain bike trail. I know it is last minute, but is anyone available to help? If so, let me know and I can get you contact information and more details. Thanks.
