International Self-Care Day πŸ’™

Today is a reminder that caring for yourself isn't selfish, it's essential. Whether you're a caregiver, family member, individual with Lowe syndrome, friend, or supporter, taking time to rest and recharge helps you continue showing up for yourself and those you love.

Self-care doesn't have to be big. It can be as simple as taking a walk, enjoying a quiet moment, reaching out to a loved one, or doing something that brings you joy.

How are you practicing self-care today? Share with us in the comments. We'd love to hear what helps you recharge.
