The Tarkington Student Foundation Board will be appointing a new Tarkington Round-Up Standing Committee to help ensure this annual event is a success. We need community volunteers to work with the board, school personnel, and library personnel to plan, organize, and conduct this event. We wish to recognize and thank Jimmy and Susan Rollins as "Individuals of Distinction" for hosting the 10 Annual M Club Crawfish Boils supporting Tarkington graduating senior scholarships. Tom Johnson founded the M Club in 2015, with the Rollins as two of the group's founding members. They have hosted the Crawfish Boil complimentary at J Bar Arena from 2017-2026.

Since its founding in 2015, the M Club has donated $1,392,561 to the TSF for scholarships. From 2009 through April 2026, the Foundation has supported 725 graduates (37% of the 1,973 graduates during the period) with scholarships totaling $743,650. Scholarships are available to all graduating seniors who seek education beyond high school. The 2026 graduating class is eligible for a $2,000 scholarship for 20 months after graduation. Support from M Club and other donors has allowed the TSF to establish an endowment that has grown to more than $1,000,000. The goal is to continue to grow the endowment in order to offer these scholarships into perpetuity.

Scholarships for all graduating seniors each year would not be possible without the commitment of Jimmy and Susan Rollins and the entire community to "Keep Tarkington Strong"!
