Targeted Vulnerable Population The campaign focuses on vulnerable Entergy Texas customers - seniors and disabled adults experiencing a crisis.
Eligibility Determination Applicants must meet ALL criteria:
• Age 60+ OR age 55+ with documented disability • Reside within Entergy Texas, Inc. service area • Experiencing a financial crisis- medical emergency, unforeseen expense, or other financial crisis that has caused them to seek assistance. • Head of household or utility account holder • MAACLink Client Profile & Services Form completed • Age/disability documentation uploaded to MAACLink • No prior Summer Bill Relief assistance this calendar year (one-time per household annually)
