NOAA is a community organization that works to promote, advance, and professionalize ownership of residential real estate in Northern Ohio. The Association encourages constant improvement of management practices and techniques through education, publication and advocacy programs that are offered to members.

Join NOAA for our annual Spring Fair Housing seminars in Northwest and Northeast Ohio! April is National Fair Housing Month, highlighting the importance of knowing federal, state and local Fair Housing laws for multifamily housing professionals.

To mark Fair Housing Month, NOAA is hosting two in-person seminars and one virtual seminar with Attorney Bill Willis of the Willis Law Firm. In his seminar, Bill will explore Fair Housing hot topics like service animals, parking, hoarding, reasonable accommodations/modifications and more. These seminars are for the whole team - management, leasing, maintenance and vendors.

Mark your calendars! NOAA's Key Award Judging Day for Cleveland, Akron and Canton will be on June 25th. Entry forms will be available soon, and all NOAA members are encouraged to enter their properties for judging.

NOAA's Annual Key Awards are a celebration of excellence in property management across Northern Ohio. Key Award winners are announced and recognized at the Key Awards Gala on September 10th at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Rockside.

Have you considered earning your CAM credential? If so, you're in luck! NOAA is excited to host a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential course in April with the engaging, knowledgable and award-winning Megan Orser from Smart Apartment Solutions .

CAM is a NAA credential for community managers that demonstrates a manager's ability to effectively manage an apartment community and meet the owner's investment goals. The completion of this course helps a CAM candidate on their way to earning the credential.
