NOAA advances ownership of residential properties in Northern Ohio through resources, education, networking and teamwork.

NOAA is a community organization that works to promote, advance, and professionalize ownership of residential real estate in Northern Ohio. The Association encourages constant improvement of management practices and techniques through education, publication and advocacy programs that are offered to members.

Earlier this month, the Northern Ohio Apartment Association hosted our annual Key Awards Gala, presented by our friends at Sherwin-Williams.

The Key Awards recognize excellence in Northern Ohio's multifamily housing industry. The awards celebrate the hard work of owners, managers, leasing staff, and maintenance staff of communities that achieve the highest standards of property management professionalism.

NOAA had the privilege of announcing our silver, gold and platinum-winning properties at the Gala to an audience of 550. There are many outstanding properties in Northern Ohio; however, the following communities took home the biggest prizes:

The Key Awards are always an exciting evening; however, this year’s event was extra special. In addition to celebrating our award winners, NOAA honored George Goudreau, Jr. of Goudreau Management with an induction into NOAA’s Hall of Fame. George is an industry leader, serving on the boards of NOAA, the Ohio Homebuilders Association, and the Ohio Apartment Association. Goudreau Management is also celebrating a major milestone this year; the company turned 100 years old in 2026.

Congratulations to George and all our Key Award winners! We will see everyone at our 2027 Key Awards Gala, which will also mark NOAA's 100th anniversary!

NOAA is looking forward to a great networking meeting tomorrow at Quarter! This meeting features three great speakers: Zack Jenkins (American National Skyline), Catherine Secue (Pine Street Residential), and Nick Secue (Pine Street Residential). Thank you to our speakers and our hosts at Quarter!

Looking ahead to next month - September's meeting will be on September 11th at 9 a.m. at Church + State in Cleveland. Make sure it's on your calendar!
