We’re honored to welcome Redeemer’s Herd and Rescue as a partner organization with The Take My Hand Foundation.

Founded by Traci, Redeemer’s Herd and Rescue is rooted in a powerful belief: that healing, strength, and hope can be found through connection, community, and the unique bond between people and horses. Their work is especially meaningful for service members and first responders seeking supportive, restorative spaces.

Redeemer’s Herd is stepping into its very first year of operation with courage, faith, and purpose. Even while navigating profound personal loss and unexpected challenges, Traci and her team remain committed to the calling behind this mission and to building a future where this work can continue to grow.

At The Take My Hand Foundation, our role is to connect individuals and families to trusted organizations doing meaningful work. We’re grateful to include Redeemer’s Herd and Rescue among the resources we can point people toward as part of that network.

Our horses are a blessing and a vital part of the ministry God has placed on our hearts. Through them, we are able to offer healing, peace, and hope to those who need it most. Caring for these animals and answering this calling takes faith, love, and a supportive community.

We’ve started a GoFundMe to help cover feed, veterinary and farrier care, fencing, tack, and daily upkeep. These funds will also go toward securing a permanent property for our ministry, creating a safe and lasting place for our horses and those God brings to us.
