It feels impossible to believe that it’s has been 4 years since we have heard Jake’s laugh. However, in a conversation I had yesterday I was reminded that while he has not been physically with us, Jake passed his light, his positivity, and his deep love for friends and family to everyone that knew him, and many who did not. He somehow had a way of making you feel like you were the most important person in the world the moment he greeted you. Whether it was a “hey fammm” or his infectious smile, the rest of the world seemed to melt away when he was around. He was radiant, but he also was able to make everyone around him radiate his energy in a truly remarkable way.
Today, laugh a little harder, dance around knowing he is the first one to join in next to you, and try to seek out the good in life, because that is how Jake lived each and every day, even the hardest ones.
We love you fam, this world misses you more than you could imagine❤️
