A heartfelt thank you to Sophie Jacob, a dedicated student from iSTEM School in Painesville and member of Nottingham Baptist Church, for organizing a hygiene supply drive for MedWish Medworks! Thanks to her leadership and the generosity of her community, 350 pounds of essential supplies were collected. Many of these items were donated to the Garden Valley Relief Effort to support those impacted by the recent apartment explosion in Cleveland’s Kinsman neighborhood. 💙 Your compassion and commitment help us bring vital health resources to those who need them most.

In September 2024, MedWish International and Medworks joined forces to create a single nonprofit organization—MedWish Medworks—dedicated to advancing health equity and environmental sustainability both locally and globally.

Together, we’re repurposing surplus medical supplies, providing free medical, dental, and vision clinics, and reaching more lives than ever before.

Now, it’s time for our social media communities to come together as well.

Want to donate medical supplies? Here’s how to help MedWish Medworks deliver care worldwide!

We accept medical equipment and supplies only—no food, clothing or office furniture. Supplies must have at least 12 months before expiration.

Drop off or ship your donations Tuesday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm (closed Mondays). Please check our full list of accepted items here: medwish.org/donate-individual.

Join us at one of our upcoming free clinics and help bring quality care to our community—one patient at a time. We’re currently seeking passionate volunteers to provide dental, vision, medical and women’s health care to patients of all ages.

Whether you're a dentist, nurse, optometrist, physician assistant, hygienist, ophthalmic tech (and more)—your skills can provide vital care for those who need it most!

The MedWish Medworks headquarters has been bustling this summer! Last week, our team loaded two shipping containers filled with critical medical supplies to bring healthcare to those in need worldwide. One, weighing nearly 11,500 pounds, is en route to Ukraine. The other, nearly 11,700 pounds, is headed to Zambia. Bishop Paul from the Coptic Church of Zambia was onsite to help coordinate. Together, we’re advancing health equity globally. 🌍

At MedWish Medworks, our Alternative Recycling Program helps transform expired or surplus medical items into valuable resources for nonprofits, animal shelters, schools and more—completely free of charge.

Since 2007, we've:
✅ Partnered with 129+ recipient agencies
✅ Repurposed over 399,000 lbs of supplies for non-medical use

These items go to programs that serve people and pets, educate youth, support hygiene needs and inspire creativity.
