CHEF Cheap Healthy Easy Fast The CHEF (Cheap Healthy Easy Fast) meals program is held between 6 and 8 pm on the Second and Fourth Fridays.

You will learn how to make Cheap and healthy meals fast! You will cook, eat and take home the ingredients to make the meal yourself!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Janet had her surgery and everything went great. She's currently at home recovering and doing very well. We hope that all of you are staying healthy and safe too.

Hopeing this finds everyone well and surviving the stay at home orders. What a great time to use some of the recipes and tips you learned at C.H.E.F. Hope you have the kids in the kitchen helping to create not only great food but also memories that will last a lifetime. Can't tell you how much I miss you all. I'm supposed to have a knee replacement next Wednesday. hopefully that will not be postponed as this original equipment is on its last legs literally and figuratively. I have made up some bags with equipment that I want to give out. So if you could send me an e-mail... [email protected], with your address that would be great. Be safe and take care of one another, and make some good food. We will make it through this!

Never thought that this was the way the CHEF program would end. Thought we would have a chance to say goodbye. But with the pandemic and social distancing as well as Trinity United Methodist closing for good, this is the reality. It has been a joy to be a part of this for 3 years. Lots of work, but something I truly enjoyed and I hope that everyone learned a little something and got some new favorite recipes to cook for the family. Speaking of family, I want to thank mine form the bottom of my heart. Mark, Jennifer, Tina and Jim as the song goes you are the wind beneath my wings. Of course, I have to say a huge heartfelt thank you and I love you to my indulgent husband, My dear Dickie. To Ron, Murray and Jessica thanks so much, for encouragement as well as being a part of the Kitchen crew. I have a kitchen tools that I would love to get to the faithful, you have my e-mail and you can messenger your address so I can drop them off. Again, know that I am sad I won't be spending every second and fourth Friday with you. I will still check my e-mail, so if you have any questions, please feel free, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Please, please stay healthy, stay smart and I will miss you all more than you know.

So it's Wednesday befor CHEF and guess who is getting all Cheffy? It's all about pie this week, a few weeks early for PIE DAY 3.14.20. But none the less we will be ready to bake a few more that day too. If you love a stroll on Blueberry Hill, come join us and make and take home a blueberry pie. We're going to taste some too. It's Wednesday and I am getting all excited for C.H.E.F. on Friday 2/14. Its going to be a winner. It's all about rice, no we are not throwing it on some newlyweds. Although it is Valentine's Day. We are exploring the world via rice. We are going to Asia for some Fried rice and we are stopping in Spain to taste their famous dish Paella. Come join the fun and learn and
