Join APA CLE and partners (Senior Transportation Connection, LEAP Cleveland, Bike Cleveland, CNU Midwest, and 3MPH Planning) on Monday, October 26th, at the Midtown Collaboration Center for a discussion with Anna Zivarts, a visually impaired parent and author of "When Driving Is Not an Option: Steering Away from Car Dependency." Anna will be exploring the concept of Mobility for the Other Third, you don't want to miss this! Thank you to all our partners and Angie Schmitt for making this event possible!

Join us on Thursday, Sept. 24 at 5 PM to learn about the planning, design, and development of two new lakefront amenities in Cleveland: the Mandel Community Trail and the Patrick S. Parker Community Sailing Center.

This program will include:

5 – 6 PM: A presentation by Cleveland Metroparks, City of Cleveland - City Hall, and Cuyahoga County staff, followed by a brief tour of the Sailing Center.

6 – 7 PM: An optional celebratory bike ride of the new Mandel Community Trail. This will be a slow, casual ride from the Sailing Center to East 9th Street and back (~6 miles). Bring your own bike!

1 AICP CM credit will be available.

It's back on! APA CLE will kick off our Summer Tour series with a tour of North Coast Yard, which transformed a city-owned parking lot into a vibrant pop-up public space featuring summer programming for all ages, local food and drinks, and relaxing areas overlooking the lakefront!

Things to know before you go:

- Where: North Coast Yard, 515 Erieside Avenue
- When: Wednesday, July 8th, at 5:00 PM
- Happy hour to follow at 6, onsite at the North Coast Yard Bar
- 1 CM Credit for tour attendance!
- Parking is available adjacent to North Coast Yard. Look for the NORTH COAST YARD PARKING signs.
- Parking is $6 (There is also on-street parking on E 9th)
- You can always bike!
