We had an amazing clean-up at Edgewater Beach and Park yesterday with some of our favorite partners, the staff of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Canton Charge, Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Sirens. Over 80 volunteers showed up and we removed over 500lbs of debris.

🚴‍♂️🌧️ Rain, chilly temperatures, and over 400 riders who showed up anyway!**

The 2026 Coast to the Oast was one for the books! From the first bikes rolling into Twin Oast Brewing to the final riders celebrating on the patio, Catawba Island showed exactly what this event is all about—great people, scenic roads, Lake Erie views, community, and a whole lot of fun.

Riders had the choice of scenic 10-mile, 30-mile, and 50-mile routes, with everyone rolling out from Twin Oast and taking on the coastal roads, charming neighborhoods, and unforgettable views around Catawba Island.

A huge thank-you to our incredible volunteers, event partners, sponsors, and every rider who braved the weather and made the day such a success.

Special shout-outs to:

🚲 Spoke Life Cycle for being on site and keeping riders rolling with last-minute bike support.

🌊 Eriesponsible for continuing to inspire everyone to protect and celebrate Lake Erie—and for launching the new 2026 Eriesponsible Inc ponsible Pale Ale**, now available at Twin Oast Brewing!

🍷 Gideon Owen W**ery for welcoming riders with snacks, drinks, and a perfect place to refuel, relax, and grab some great photos along the route.

🎶 Alex Dominish for bringing the live music and helping turn the finish line into a full afternoon celebration.

🍻 Twin Oast Brewing for hosting an incredible finish line experience with food, cold drinks, great vibes, and one beautiful place to celebrate the miles.

And of course, the Ohio State Buckeyes victory was the perfect cherry on top of an already amazing day! 🏈

Lake Erie is calling, and this year we get to help answer it! 🌊🚴 Coast to the Oast rolls through Port Clinton on Saturday, September 19th — 10, 30, or 50 mile routes through Catawba Island, finishing strong with cold drinks at Twin Oast Brewing.

🚴‍♂️🍂 THROWBACK: Coast to the Oast 2025 🍂🚴‍♀️

Last September, hundreds of cyclists rolled onto Catawba Island for the 6th Annual Coast to the Oast, presented by Shores & Islands Ohio! Riders tackled the 10, 30, and 50-mile routes, cruised the island's back roads, and refueled with a rest stop at Gideon Owen W**e Company 🍷 before rolling back into Twin Oast Brewing for live music, good food, cold drinks, and stories from the road.

Every mile pedaled helped support Eriesponsible's mission to keep Lake Erie clean — and it wouldn't happen without our amazing sponsors, volunteers, and riders of every level, from families with kids in tow to the die-hards who took on the full 50.

Fall is almost back on Catawba Island, and we cannot wait to see you out there again this year 🌊🚲

We've been going so hard lately we almost forgot to post about our great cleanup with a great NEO company, Inspection Tech. We spent a great afternoon at Huntington Beach with this crew making a difference!
