This Older Americans Month, the Cleveland Department of Aging is launching its Summer Senior Walk Series—16 free walks taking place across the city!

Participants can walk at their own pace, choose their own distance, and enjoy the encouragement and connection that comes from walking in community. This summer's walks will explore some of Cleveland's great outdoor spaces.

These fun, welcoming events are designed to build community while supporting health and wellness. Bring a friend—or meet a new one—and join in for one walk or many this summer!

Join us for the 2026 Northeast Ohio Aging & Disability Summit on Friday, September 18 at Cuyahoga Community College's Corporate College East.

This year's theme, "Shaping an Inclusive Future Through Purpose, Connection and Collaboration," will bring together professionals, advocates, caregivers, and community leaders to share ideas and strengthen partnerships that support older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Presented by the Cuyahoga County Division of Senior and Adult Services in partnership with MetroHealth and Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging.
