Science Café Cleveland Science Café Cleveland is a lively, informal public forum for the open discussion of current science issues.

It takes place on the second Monday of each month at the Music Box Supper Club, and is sponsored by the Case Western Reserve chapter of Sigma Xi. Science Café Cleveland's own David Saja, Curator of Mineralogy at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, commented on the earthquake we experienced in NEO earlier this week:

Nearly 9,000 Ohio residents reported feeling tremors because of an earthquake centered under Lake Erie. Since 1823, the northeastern Ohio seismic zone has had "moderately frequent earthquakes."
