ICTC was founded by individuals who care about improving the lives of Cleveland’s urban youth and helping them to cultivate healthy relationships with peers, mentors, and their own minds and bodies. ICTC aspires to serve as a catalyst for Cleveland's at-risk urban youth. ICTC will provide a lifelong interest in the support of tennis combined with a multi component perspective. ICTC provides a safe

way for Cleveland's urban youth to cultivate healthy relations hips with peers and mentors, and improve their physical and mental well-being.
