We have a very rare opportunity for a couple individual golfers to join and finalize a foursome for our Tee off Fore A Kid Again on June 8 at Lake Forest Country Club. This event traditionally fills through sponsorships and existing teams, so individual openings almost never happen!

What a beautiful night for an Adventure at the Akron RubberDucks game! ⚾️

What started as a rainy evening quickly turned into the perfect night for baseball, fun with friends, and a fireworks show to end the night!

What does a “good day” look like for you?

To A Kid Again families, "good days" may look a little different. A day without treatment. A day without appointments. A day without worry.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is "More Good Days, Together.”

“A Kid Again has been a huge positive in our lives. These events remind us that we are not alone. He can literally be just that — a kid again.”

A Kid Again Adventures are there to create more days where kids can be kids. More days where siblings feel connected. And more days where parents can take a deep breath.

The impact goes beyond creating fun memories. In a recent study with The Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, 92% of participants across caregivers, child, and siblings, reported a strong improvement in emotional well-being from attending A Kid Again Adventures.

At A Kid Again, this is what feeling truly seen can look like for a family living with cystic fibrosis:

“My husband asked me when we were walking in, ‘Wait… how will we know if any other CFers are here?’ (People with cystic fibrosis are only contagious to each other.)
We saw a basket of buttons that said ‘CF Warrior.’ I have never felt so seen, so welcomed, so at ease. Someone thought of that so I wouldn’t have to worry. So that I could just be a kid again.”

May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month. 💙
