It’s time for our favorite tradition! 🌽🤠 Put on your plaid shirts and straw hats because Festa Junina is back!

Following the success of last year’s celebration, the Brazilians in Cleveland are hosting another afternoon filled with comidas típicas, music, and great company. This is a family-friendly community event, and everyone is welcome to join in the fun!

The Details:
🗓️ Saturday, June 27, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Wolf Canopy at the Huntington Reservation (Bay Village, OH)
🥘🥧This is a potluck-style gathering! Please bring your own drinks and a dish to share with the group. Let’s fill the tables with all our favorite Festa Junina treats!

On Saturday, the Brazilian population in Cleveland skyrocketed! Our organization was proud to attend the match between and , alongside many visiting fans. We managed to capture some of the fun from this once-in-a-lifetime experience in these photos, including a pregame meetup with and , in partnership with the and !

We’re happy with the win but even happier with the weekend of cultural immersion right here in our backyard. 🇧🇷

Set in the heart of the Amazon rainforest on Marajó Island, thirteen-year-old Marcielle (Tielle) struggles to navigate a world of idealized escapes and harsh realities.
