Formerly NIMC. Our mission is to promote urban equity and inclusion through impact research that achieves more effective and durable social change outcomes.

At NP3 we demonstrate innovative models which build trust across lines of difference, center relationships, and foster a shared sense of humanity and mutual benefit - taking what we learn to share and scale these ideas nationwide. Our vision is more equitable and inclusive communities and cities. NIMC promotes more effective policy and practice for building successful mixed-income communities by 1) conducting research and evaluation, 2) providing technical assistance and strategic consultation, 3) connecting researchers, practitioners, and policymakers 4) centralizing information on mixed-income development.

We had so much fun at last week's Housing Mobility conference demonstrating the Neighbor Up model with attendees from across the country. Folks walked away with tools and practices they can use to foster connection, power sharing, and collective problem solving in their teams and communities. Thanks to Mobility Works for including us in the conference!
