🔬 Happy George Washington Carver Day from the Men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. 🔬

Today, we honor our distinguished Brother, George Washington Carver, a pioneering agricultural scientist, educator, and humanitarian who exemplified the very best of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.

Born into slavery and rising to become one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th century, Brother Carver’s innovative work at Tuskegee Institute and his deep commitment to sustainable farming, education, and community uplift left a legacy that continues to inspire generations.

January 5th is recognized nationally as George Washington Carver Recognition Day, a time to celebrate his groundbreaking contributions to science and society, and the unwavering values he carried as a proud Sigma man.

BCCAA Inc. upcoming Rural Outreach / Atmos Energy Assistance Blitz, scheduled for December 8–10, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M each day.

12/9- BJM HEAD START CENTER, Mound Bayou
12/10- BCCAA - Cleveland

They will be assisting Atmos Energy residential customers with past-due gas bills, deposits, and service charges to help restore service or prevent disconnection.
