I’ve seen my daughter several times now, but this one filled my heart. We were able to Christmas shop for siblings and family members all together. I had glimpses of her shine through from time to time. My heart hurts so much for her. If I could carry her on my hip, she would want me to put her there. I treasure every moment. She knows she’s safe when with me. Good to hear those words from her.

These crescents are perfect for a quick and savory treat. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until it's browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease and set the cooked sausage aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Spoon a generous tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.

Roll up each crescent roll, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as you go, to enclose the filling.

Place the filled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Enjoy your Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents as a tasty appetizer or snack!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes | Total Time: 27-30 minutes
Servings: Approximately 16 crescents
