Case Western law student, unarmed, was shot five times and brutality killed by a Hudson police officer. Something is really wrong. Was this murder? Of course it was murder. It was cold blooded murder of the worst kind.

Saif Al Ameri, 26, crashed his car on the Ohio Turnpike and ran from the scene on Dec. 4. Police said an officer found him in a wooded area and shot him after a struggle.

According to the medical examiner's office, Al Ameri suffered one gunshot wound to the head, another to the face and three more to the left leg. The toxicology report is not complete.
