We were honored to welcome State Representative Sean Brennan to the Health System office last week. Brennan for Ohio visited to present a state commendation recognizing the historic 175th Anniversary of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine, which was accepted by Sr. Judith Ann Karam, CSA, and Sr. Jane Lab, CSA. President & CEO Michael Goar then provided an overview of the Health System and all that's happening at the St. Vincent Charity Health and Healing Hub. Sr. Judith Ann provided an overview of the soon-to-open Sister Ignatia Gavin, CSA, Center for Addiction Medicine before taking Rep. Brennan to tour the under-construction center on the 2nd floor of the Health System Building. St. Vincent Charity Rosary Hall Executive Director Ben Silver led the tour. Thank you Rep. Brennan for honoring this historic anniversary and for your partnership in the community.

The 175th anniversary Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine celebration continues throughout 2026. Ohio State Representative Bill Roemer recently visited Mt. Augustine to present the Sisters with a special commendation recognizing the 175th Anniversary.

The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland is back and just announced $820,210 in grants to nonprofit organizations in Cleveland's Central neighborhood focused on health, education, housing stability, economic mobility and neighborhood revitalization.

Joseph & Mary's Home needs your help in restocking their men's care closet. They're seeking donations of new or gently used clothing items. See their post for more details.

We need your help: Our men's care closet is running low on clothing items such as soft shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts, new socks, underwear, undershirts, and jeans! If you have any of these items - gently worn, with no stains, rips, or holes - we would gladly take them to restock our closet.
