Inspired by a heartbreaking true story, this powerful historical fiction novel explores family, identity, resilience, and what can happen when systems entrusted with protecting children fail them.

Supporting youth also means understanding the mental health needs of the families who surround them. 💙

Join CASA of Cuyahoga County for Mental Health for Youth and Parents, a virtual continuing education workshop presented by NAMI of Greater Cleveland.

This training will focus on mental health considerations for both the young people we serve and the parents and caregivers involved in their lives. Together, we can continue building the knowledge and awareness needed to advocate for children and families with compassion and understanding.

Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers are everyday people who become a consistent voice for children navigating the child welfare system. You do not have to be a lawyer, social worker, or child welfare expert. You need compassion, commitment, and a willingness to advocate for a child’s best interests.
