Hello everyone. After new (to me) information has come to light and further research has conducted, I need to offer everyone in and supporting us as an organization a massive apology.

For a long time, we have publicly supported the ASPCA. It was my firm belief that they had saved millions of animals and used their vast wealth and resources for the greater good. It has come to my attention that this is **not** the case.

The ASPCA has been found to kill more animals than I was led to believe.
The ASPCA has only spent less than 10% of their revenue towards aiding local animal welfare groups, while spending triple that on advertisements.
The ASPCA has engaged in deceptive advertising/marketing to make people believe they fund local SPCAs; They do not. They are not the umbrella organization they lead people to believe they are.
In recent years, they have hired on former PETA members and members of similar extremist organizations.

I know an apology isn't enough. I am going to completely change the way we handle our charity structure. **No further donations will go to the ASPCA.** Any purchase of any merchandise, which will be available again soon, will go to **YOUR** local shelter/SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) based on your shipping address. If you do purchase something and wish to support a SPECIFIC shelter or a different charity, send me a message.

I've taken credit, unintentionally as it may be, for many good things that have happened in our fight, where it is undeserved and needs to go to our other staff and our wonderful friends, one in particular who has gone far above and beyond the call of duty, but when it comes to wrongdoing, I need make one thing clear: ***This is my fault entirely.*** Nobody else on the staff suggested the ASPCA. None of our supporters suggested it to me. This was my decision as the CEO of this company and mine ***alone***, and it is a drastic mistake I will not repeat.

It isn't Legalize Cow Punching that needs to do better, as the wonderful staff and supporters of this organization have done incredibly; it is me, and I am committed to doing better research, learning more about what we need to know in our fight against this great evil in our world, and making more of my own moves, with more education and thought to them.

Wow! We really pi**ed some vegans off, didn't we?

Let's get one thing straight: We are NOT for animal cruelty. The name of our organization is satire. Don't. Punch. Cows. And don't tell Congress to make it legal.

What we are against? PETA, and extremist organizations pretending to be for animal rights when, in reality, they act against the interest of domestic and wild animals. PETA, in the history of their shelters, have a kill rate of over 80%. That's 4 in every 5 animals entering a PETA shelter that are slaughtered. Isn't that what you're against, vegans? (Yes, we can cite sources of their evil if you want!)

We are of the belief that it is NOT wrong to eat meat, for it is part of the circle of life. Animals eat animals. Some animals eat plants. Humans are not an animal that eats solely plants; They eat animals and plants. Some animals eat only other animals. Do you think those animals deserve to die? (What's frightening is some of you do. I'm looking at you, That Vegan Teacher.) if you do, you'll be banned from this page. There's no reasoning with you.

We, Legalize Cow Punching, want you to join us in our battle to fight for REAL animal welfare- To stop organizations like PETA and the ALF, and bring awareness to a great evil in our world, harming humans and animals, domestic, wild, and farm stock alike.

Hello, Facebook world. I apologize for not having posted in such a long time. It's been a very crazy year for myself personally, and for all of us at Legalize Cow Punching.

Please, know this: Our mission is not over. We have not given up, nor will we ever. PETA remains a threat to animals everywhere, from their direct actions to their harmful, hypocritical messaging.

We've noticed people newly discovering our page get a bit confused by what we're really about. Maybe we're not being clear enough. If we aren't, we're sorry. Here's who we are and what we're about.

Hi. We're Legalize Cow Punching. We do not actually want to make it legal to punch cows, force cows to pay taxes, or advocate for animal abuse or any kind. We make those jokes and are names in such a way to get the attention of evil conglomerates (chiefly PETA) that pretend to be about animal rights and health when in reality, they're the complete opposite.

Animal lovers: We're on YOUR side. We want you here, joining us, in fighting PETA. Did you know they euthanize 4 out of 5 animals that come into their shelters? So much for "Ethical Treatment".

As far as the game we released and our merchandise goes: We don't retain that money. Merch sales split between going into costs to run the website, and going to various charities. The game is pay WHAT YOU WANT, even if that's 0. Any money made from the game goes straight to charity.

We support a variety of charities that rotate month by month. We're not changing our for December, however; All money we get from the game, and a split of all proceeds from merch sales, are going to the ASPCA until the end of the year. After that? We'll support another charity for a month.

Version 1 of the Legalize Cow Punching official video game has been RELEASED! It's available right now on gamejolt. For our game, you can pay what you want! We recommend paying $5. All the money we get from the game is going straight to charity! For the rest of this month, we're sending it to the World Wildlife Fund.

Next month, we'll be sending it to the ASPCA.

Hello. My name is Skyler Jefferson, I'm the CEO of Legalize Cow Punching. You last heard from us, myself particularly, on October 10th. Our next post will have news about the game, but that's not what this is about.

I have to come clean. I'm sorry about that last post. Yes, it came before a lot of what has recently happened. But it didn't touch on a lot of other things related to that situation, and made us look like we backed something we don't.

I, Skyler Jefferson, as an Officer of Legalize Cow Punching, want to formally state that we do NOT support Israel or Hamas. We aren't here for politics, we're here to expose PETA for the terroristic hypocrites that they are. We mourn the deaths of the tens of thousands of innocents that have been killed as a result of this conflict. I can't even watch the news anymore, because what's happening is so horrible.

May the fallen have peace, and may those who commit such horrid acts face the harshest justice there is.

I, Skyler Amadeus Jefferson, CEO of Legalize Cow Punching, formally denounce the actions of Hamas leading to the current war between Israel and Palestine and mourn the deaths of those who have been lost.

Over 1,200 innocent lives were taken by these actions. While I realize choosing one side or another could be seen as political, I want politics to be set aside here. The facts are clear cut; Hamas' actions killed 1,200 innocents and severely harmed countless others physically, mentally, and emotionally, and have destroyed the lives of countless civilians. As a man of the Jewish faith, with part of my very blood being of Isreal, I am absolutely devastated.

Israelis aren't the only ones that have died. Visitors to such a holy ground of all different faiths, walks of life, and nations, also perished in this vile attack. At least 11 americans were killed, and that number may grow.

I will be updating the website shortly to display our condolences for those who have lost their lives.

This month, we're supporting the American Cancer Society. We know that's not an Animal Rights charity, but it seems only fitting, because it's breast cancer awareness month.
