Convención Hispana is a one-day community organizing event sponsored by the Hispanic Roundtable Community Programs, but it is also a three-year process of community empowerment and agenda setting. This process is spearheaded through the work of four volunteer-led committees that focus on the areas of education, empowerment, health, and workforce/economic development. At each Convención Hispana, th

ese committees set forth goals and objectives in their respective areas that will be accomplished by the committees and community partners prior to the next Convención Hispana. Each Convención Hispana is an opportunity to report back on our progress from the previous event.

El pasado 10 de agosto, Colombia fue sacudida por un fuerte terremoto, afectando a familias y comunidades que hoy necesitan de nuestra solidaridad.

For more than 50 years, Vicente Fernandez (1940-2021) was revered as one of Mexico's greatest living singers, blending an operatic vocal range with a deep understanding of the roots of Ranchera music. In the concert special Vicente Fernandez: Un Azteca En El Azteca, the Grammy-winning mariachi singer performs a historic farewell concert at Mexico City's Estadio Azteca, the largest stadium in Latin America. Filmed on April 16, 2016, the concert attracted a crowd of over 85,000 fans, creating a memorable send-off to the King of Ranchera.

Cleveland will become home to Ohio's second official 78 Pueblos y 1 Bandera mural and the sixth mural created in the amazing Puerto Rican diaspora, as internationally recognized.
