No matter what challenges you are facing, you don’t have to navigate them alone.
The Greater Cleveland Food Bank’s Outreach Team is in the neighborhood to connect you with the right resources, right where you live.

We are here to help you:
📍 Find free, nutritious food at a pantry or meal site close to your home.
📋 Apply for public benefits, including SNAP (food stamps), Medicaid, and more.
🏢 Access local support services at our Community Resource Center and through our amazing nonprofit partners.

We're so proud to celebrate our friends at Auburn Career Center Adult Public Safety whose Food Market has distributed more than 130,000 pounds of fresh food to families in Lake and Geauga counties in less than a year!

Since October 2025, the market has served over 6,500 neighbors, including 2,100+ kids, while giving Auburn students a hands-on lesson in service and community.

We're honored to help supply fresh nutritious food each month so the dedicated students, staff, and volunteers can serve their community well. Thank you, Team Auburn, for being an amazing partner in the fight against hunger!
