This incredible milestone was made possible by our members, partners, sponsors, and affiliated unions. For more than four decades, the Building Trades have supported groundbreaking research and helped deliver hope to families affected by diabetes. Industry support is what keeps the workforce pipeline strong. Thank you to the contractors, partners, and sponsors investing time and resources into Cleveland’s workforce future.

These partnerships matter because they create real pathways: exposure opportunities that set expectations, readiness support that improves performance, and connections that help candidates transition into union careers.

The result is a stronger ecosystem for everyone—contractors, workers, project owners, and the community.

If your organization wants to contribute in 2026, hosting, training, hiring, or sponsorship, we’d welcome the chance to connect.
