The HerSpace Girls Summit was a success because we as a community pulled together to give the girls an amazing experience. We are thrilled to introduce Tia Otoo, a powerhouse advocate and community leader, as a facilitator for this year’s Girls Summit! 🌟
Tia’s life work is centered on uplifting the next generation. As a licensed educator, mental health therapist, and Euclid Board of Education member, she brings over 12 years of expertise in social work and trauma-informed practice to our community. She is also the visionary founder of Diamonds In The Rough (Diamonds On The Rise)., a nonprofit that has been dedicated to mentoring and educating young women since 2008.
With her deep commitment to social justice and equity, Tia creates spaces where young women feel seen, heard, and empowered to lead.
